Chevrolet Service
in Dubai
Chevrolet covers a wide range on UAE roads, from the Tahoe and Silverado to the Camaro, the Malibu, the Traverse and the smaller Spark and Captiva. We service them all to GM's schedule, adjusted for heat, towing and the stop-start traffic most cars here live with.
When is your Chevrolet service due?
Most Chevrolets use GM's Oil Life Monitoring System, which shows the remaining oil life as a percentage and asks for a change when it gets low. Filters, transmission fluid and, on 4WD models, the transfer case and differential fluids follow the schedule in the owner's manual, with shorter intervals for towing and heavy use.
Chevrolet minor service
- dexos-approved engine oil of the grade for your engine, with a new filter
- Oil life monitor reset
- Tyre rotation and pressures
- Brake pads and discs
- Fluid levels and a look for leaks

Chevrolet major service
- Everything in the oil service
- Engine air filter and cabin filter
- Automatic transmission fluid when due
- Transfer case and differential fluids on 4WD Tahoes and Silverados
- Spark plugs at the interval for your engine
- Cooling system and AC inspection
Exact items depend on your model, engine and mileage. The written quote lists each one, with the parts you choose: OEM, aftermarket or used.
What we check on a Chevrolet
PCV valve on small turbo engines
On the 1.4 and 1.5 turbo engines in the Cruze and Malibu, a failed PCV valve in the valve cover causes oil leaks and a whistle. We check it at the major service.
Tyre and brake wear on the Camaro
V8 Camaros wear their rear tyres and brakes quickly. We measure both and check the alignment if wear is uneven.
Lifter noise on V8 trucks
Tahoe and Silverado V8s with cylinder deactivation need the right oil at the right level. We listen for lifter tick and read misfire counts.
Coolant and radiator on older cars
Plastic radiator tanks and coolant pipes become brittle in the heat. We check them before the summer, because a split tank is a roadside breakdown.
Servicing in UAE heat
Summer heat is hardest on the cooling system, the AC and the battery. We clean sand from the condenser and radiator, test the AC output and the battery, and check the coolant condition. Trucks that tow or drive in the desert get a closer look at the transmission fluid and the 4WD system.
Dealer warranty
Under UAE consumer protection rules, servicing outside the dealer does not by itself void the Chevrolet manufacturer warranty, as long as the schedule is followed with approved oil and fluids and the work is recorded. Our written job record lists everything that was done.
How it works
- 1
Book and we collect
Book online or on WhatsApp. Our driver collects your Chevrolet from your home or office in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman.
- 2
Quote before work
We check what the car is due for and send an itemised quote on WhatsApp. Nothing is done until you approve it.
- 3
Serviced and returned
We carry out the service, reset the reminder, and deliver the car back with a written job record.
Chevrolet service: questions
How often should I service my Tahoe?
Change the oil when the Oil Life Monitor asks, and follow the manual for the other fluids. Towing and desert driving call for the severe-service intervals.
Do you service the Camaro?
Yes, from the V6 to the V8 SS and ZL1. Track use or hard driving means brake fluid and tyres need more attention, and we check both.
Is dexos oil necessary?
GM asks for dexos-approved oil in its engines. We use oil carrying that approval and list it on the quote.
My Malibu is leaking oil from the top of the engine. Is that the PCV valve?
It often is on the turbo engines. We confirm it with a smoke or pressure test before quoting.
