Send us a pin, the tower name and the parking level when you book. In Dubai Marina and JBR, car parks are often shared between several towers and the entrance is not on the street the building faces, so the pin matters. In JLT, tell us the cluster letter as well as the tower.

Our driver collects the car at the agreed time, checks it with you or the person holding the keys, and takes it to our workshop. After diagnosis you receive an itemised quote on WhatsApp listing each part, the options you can choose and the labour. Every cost is on that quote before you approve.

Most services and smaller repairs are back the same day, typically 4 to 8 hours after collection; bigger jobs typically take 1 to 3 days. We bring the car back to your bay, or to your office in Media City or Internet City if that is easier.

Cars parked by the water breathe humid, salty air every night. It attacks battery terminals, earth straps, brake parts and any chip in the paint. A battery that tests fine can still fail to start the car because a corroded terminal will not pass enough current, so we clean and check the terminals as well as the battery itself.

Brake discs on cars that stand for a few days pick up a layer of rust that usually wipes off in the first few stops. When the car sits for weeks, during a long holiday for example, that rust can pit the disc and make the brakes judder. If your car stands while you travel, tell us when you book a service and we will look at the brakes closely.

Open-air bays and outdoor valet areas around JBR and the Marina Walk put the car in full sun for hours. Dashboards crack, rubber seals harden, and the AC has to pull a hot cabin down from well above 60 degrees. An AC that only struggles in the afternoon is a typical sign of a weak condenser fan or a low refrigerant charge.

Many residents use the car only for short runs to the Palm, the gym or the shops at the weekend. Like any car driven briefly, these need their oil changed on time rather than by mileage, and the battery benefits from a longer drive every week or so.

Residents of the Marina move often, and so do their cars. If you are buying from someone leaving the country, our pre-purchase inspection checks the engine, gearbox, body, paint, electrics and fault codes where the car is parked, and gives you a written report before you pay. Plans are AED 299, 399 or 799, depending on how many points are checked.

If you are selling or returning a leased car, a service and a check on the tyres, the brakes and any warning lights before the hand-back can avoid deductions. Ask us for a check and the quote lists only what needs doing.
