Booking & Process
How do I book a car service with FixAnyCars?+
You can book online at fixanycars.com/book in under 2 minutes. Select your service, enter your vehicle details and location, and choose a pickup time. Our team confirms the booking and handles everything from there — including collecting your car and returning it once the work is done.
How quickly can you collect my car after booking?+
For most services we can arrange same-day or next-day collection depending on availability. Once you submit a booking, our team will contact you within 15 minutes to confirm a pickup time that works for you.
Do I need to be at home when you collect the car?+
Not necessarily. Many customers arrange a key handover with a family member, building security, or a colleague at their office. We coordinate the logistics over WhatsApp and phone so the collection works around your schedule.
How do I track the status of my booking?+
You receive status updates via email and WhatsApp at each stage — collection confirmed, vehicle received, diagnostic complete, repair in progress, and ready for delivery. You can also log in to your account at fixanycars.com/profile/bookings to see real-time status.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?+
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 985 9109 or email service@fixanycars.com to reschedule or cancel. We ask for at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled collection time.
Pricing & Payment
How much does car service cost in Dubai?+
Costs vary by service type and vehicle make. As a rough guide: oil changes from AED 150–350, AC regas from AED 150–300, battery replacement from AED 200–500, full diagnostics from AED 150. We always provide a full itemised quote before any work begins — you only pay if you approve the quote.
Do you provide a quote before starting work?+
Yes, always. After our technician completes the initial diagnostic inspection, we provide a full itemised quote listing every part and labour charge. Work only begins once you have reviewed and approved the quote. There are no surprises on your final invoice.
Are there any hidden charges or fees?+
No. The quote you approve is what you pay. Pickup and delivery is free on all bookings. The diagnostic inspection cost is waived when you proceed with the repair. VAT at the applicable UAE rate is shown separately on your invoice.
Is the pickup and delivery service free?+
Yes. Free door-to-door vehicle collection and delivery is included on every booking across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. There is no minimum spend requirement.
When do I pay?+
Payment is due on completion of the service, before delivery of your vehicle. We accept cash and card payment. Our service advisor will confirm payment details when your car is ready for collection.
Parts & Warranty
Do you use genuine OEM parts?+
Yes, always. FixAnyCars uses only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specification parts — the same quality as the parts installed at the vehicle manufacturer's authorised dealership. We do not fit aftermarket or non-specification parts. This is confirmed in writing on every quote and invoice.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?+
Every service completed by FixAnyCars comes with a parts and labour warranty covering both parts and labour. If any issue arises within the warranty period that is directly related to the work we performed, we will diagnose and rectify it at no additional charge. The warranty applies to all 19 services we offer.
Will servicing my car at FixAnyCars void my manufacturer warranty?+
No. Under UAE consumer protection regulations, having your car serviced at an independent garage does not void your manufacturer warranty, provided that manufacturer-approved parts and procedures are used. FixAnyCars uses OEM parts and follows manufacturer service specifications, so your factory warranty remains valid.
What if the same problem comes back after the repair?+
If the issue reoccurs within the warranty period and is related to the work we performed, we will investigate and fix it at no charge. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number and we will arrange priority collection.
Do you use aftermarket parts?+
Never. We only fit OEM genuine parts. If an OEM part is unavailable for a specific vehicle or specification, we will inform you in advance and discuss the options before proceeding.
Coverage & Pickup
Which areas do you cover for pickup and delivery?+
We cover all areas across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. This includes all residential communities, business districts, industrial areas, and free zones across all three emirates. If you are unsure whether your specific location is covered, contact us on +971 50 985 9109 and we will confirm.
Can you collect my car from my office or workplace?+
Yes. We collect from homes, offices, shopping malls, hotels, and any other location across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. We will coordinate access requirements with you via WhatsApp before the scheduled pickup.
Is my car insured while it is with FixAnyCars?+
Yes. Your vehicle is covered by our workshop insurance from the moment our driver collects it until it is returned to you. Any damage caused during transportation or servicing is our responsibility.
How long does a typical service take?+
Routine services (oil change, battery, AC regas, diagnostics) are usually completed same day — typically within 4–6 hours of collection. More complex repairs such as engine or transmission work may take 1–3 days. You will receive an upfront time estimate with your quote.

Yes. Our certified technicians have training and experience across all major luxury brands. We service BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Range Rover, Lexus, and prestige brands using manufacturer-specification OEM parts and procedures.
Can you do a pre-purchase inspection before I buy a used car?+
Yes. Our pre-purchase inspection is a comprehensive 50-point independent check covering engine health, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, AC performance, body panel alignment, and a full OBD fault code scan. We offer 19 automotive services: engine repair and overhaul, AC repair and regas, transmission repair, electrical diagnostics and repair, battery replacement, pre-purchase inspection, oil and filter service, wheel balancing and alignment, ECU tuning and programming, collision repair, windshield repair and replacement, car wash and detailing, car polish and paint protection, window tinting, dashboard repair, tyre change and rotation, brake inspection and repair, suspension and steering repair, and scanning and diagnostics.
Can you diagnose a warning light or fault code?+
Yes. We carry full OBD-II and manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment. A diagnostic scan is included free when you proceed with any repair. For a standalone diagnostic-only booking, the fee starts from AED 150 and covers a complete scan report with a detailed explanation of all fault codes found.
Do you do emergency or breakdown repairs?+
Contact us immediately on +971 50 985 9109 or WhatsApp if your car has broken down. We prioritise emergency collections where possible. For roadside assistance, describe the situation when you contact us and our team will advise the fastest solution.
