Almost every car in Business Bay lives in a basement or a podium car park behind a barrier. When you book, tell us the building, the level and the bay number, and how our driver gets past the barrier: a visitor pass from reception, a call to security, or a meeting at the entrance. Sorting this at booking saves a wasted trip.

If you cannot come down, leave the key with reception or the concierge and tell us their name. The driver photographs the car before moving it and sends you the photos, so you know its condition at handover without leaving your meeting.

We return the car to the same bay, or to another address if you prefer. Every cost is itemised on your written quote before you approve the work.

Most Business Bay customers book from the office. The car is collected in the morning, diagnosed, and the itemised quote arrives on WhatsApp so you can approve it between calls. Routine services and brake jobs are usually back the same day, typically 4 to 8 hours after collection. Larger repairs typically take 1 to 3 days, and the quote tells you how long.

Diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide against it, the diagnosis is charged at the amount we tell you before we start, and the car comes back to your building.

We reply between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so a car that showed a warning light on the way home can be booked that evening for collection the next morning.

Many Business Bay residents drive only a few kilometres a day: to Downtown, to DIFC, to a mall. Short trips never let the engine oil reach full temperature for long, so moisture and fuel stay in the oil, and the battery is never fully charged. These cars need their oil changed on time rather than by mileage, and their batteries go flat sooner than you would expect.

Basement air is also warm and still. A car that stands there for days at a time loses charge to its alarm, telematics and keyless entry, and modern cars with many control units can drain a healthy battery in under two weeks. If you travel often, a battery check at each service, or a trickle charger where the building allows it, saves a dead car on your return.

Tight ramps and low basement ceilings are hard on alloy wheels, front lips and bumpers. A scraped bumper corner or a kerbed wheel is one of the most common small jobs we see from the area, and it can be repaired without repainting the whole panel.

Our pre-purchase inspection goes to the car wherever the seller has it, whether that is a showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road or a private seller's tower, so you do not have to leave the office. We check the engine, gearbox, body, paint, electrics and stored fault codes, and send you a written report before you pay a deposit. The plans are AED 299, 399 or 799, depending on how many points are checked.

You choose between OEM, aftermarket and used parts for most repairs, and each choice is priced on the quote. If the car is leased or under a manufacturer's service plan, tell us first, because the lease or plan may set rules on where and how it is serviced.
