Book online, on WhatsApp or by phone, tell us what the car is doing and send a location pin. We reply within 30 minutes between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM and agree a collection time with you. Our driver collects the car from your home, office or building car park and notes its condition with you, or with whoever has the keys.

At the workshop we diagnose the fault with a computer scan and a physical check, then send you an itemised quote on WhatsApp. It lists each part, the labour, the time the job takes and any pickup and delivery cost, so you see the full amount before you approve anything. If you decline, we bring the car back.

Once you approve, the work starts. Routine jobs such as an oil service, brake pads or an AC regas are usually finished the same day, typically 4 to 8 hours after collection. Major work such as a gearbox, a timing chain or accident damage typically takes 1 to 3 days, and the quote states the time frame. We send updates as the job moves along and deliver the car to the address you choose.

Getting a car to a garage in Dubai usually costs a morning. The independent workshops are clustered in Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor and Al Qusais, dealer service centres are spread along the main roads, and Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are slow at the hours most people are free. Then you need a lift back, and the same again when the car is ready.

Pickup and delivery removes those trips. The car goes to the workshop while you are at work or at home, the quote comes to your phone, and you decide from there. It also helps when the car should not be driven far: a temperature gauge climbing, a grinding brake or a gearbox that will not engage properly.

Many Dubai residents live in towers with a single assigned bay, and many work in offices where visitor parking is limited. We collect from the building, so you do not have to move the car anywhere yourself.

Summer temperatures in Dubai regularly pass 45°C, and a car parked outside gets much hotter than that under the bonnet. Heat shortens battery life, so batteries that would last four or five years in a mild climate often fail in two or three here. It also works the AC compressor hard all day, ages rubber hoses and seals, and raises the load on the cooling system.

Stop-start traffic adds wear to brakes and to automatic gearboxes, especially on cars that spend most of their time in city queues. Sand and fine dust clog engine air filters and AC cabin filters faster than the service schedule assumes. If your car lives outside and sits in traffic every day, ask us to check the battery, filters and coolant at each service rather than waiting for the interval in the manual.

Most cars registered in Dubai have to pass a technical inspection before the registration is renewed. If your car failed, or you want it checked before you book the test, we can look at the usual failure points such as lights, tyres, brakes, emissions and warning lights, fix what needs fixing and send you a quote first.

If you are buying a used car from a showroom or a private seller, our pre-purchase inspection comes to the car wherever it is in Dubai. We check the engine, gearbox, body and paint, electrics and stored fault codes, and you get a written report before you pay a deposit. Plans are AED 299, 399 or 799 depending on how many points are checked.

For most repairs you choose between OEM, aftermarket and used parts, and the quote shows the price of each option side by side. That lets you decide how much to spend on an older car you plan to sell and how much on a car you will keep for years. Diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair; if you do not, it is charged, and we tell you how much before we start.

Selected parts and labour carry our warranty of 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. The quote shows which items are covered, and the warranty page has the full terms. If you want the old parts back, say so when you approve the quote.
