Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing fixanycars.com or placing a booking with FixAnyCars, you agree to these Terms of Service. FixAnyCars is operated by FixAnyCars LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (service@fixanycars.com). These terms govern all bookings, services, and interactions with FixAnyCars, and apply together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Vehicle Authorization
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to book a service.
- By booking a service, you confirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle, or that you hold the owner's authorization to have the vehicle collected, inspected, and serviced.
- You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally roadworthy for collection and delivery (e.g., valid registration and insurance).
3. Booking & Service Agreement
- A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from FixAnyCars by email or WhatsApp.
- By confirming a booking, you authorise FixAnyCars to collect, transport, inspect, and service your vehicle as specified.
- Any additional work identified during the inspection will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before proceeding.
- FixAnyCars reserves the right to decline a booking or service if the vehicle condition presents a safety risk or falls outside our technical capabilities.
4. Pricing & Quotes
- All prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- A full itemised quote is provided before any work begins. Work will not start without your approval of the quote.
- Quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- If the actual scope of repair differs materially from the initial quote (e.g., additional faults discovered), a revised quote will be issued for your approval before proceeding.
- Pickup and delivery is included at no additional charge on all bookings. There are no hidden fees.
5. Payment
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service and before delivery of your vehicle.
- We accept cash and card payments. Accepted card types will be confirmed by your service advisor.
- Failure to pay upon completion may result in your vehicle being held pending payment settlement.
- Invoices and receipts are provided electronically by email.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge by providing at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled collection time.
- Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of AED 50 to cover vehicle collection costs already incurred.
- FixAnyCars reserves the right to reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technician unavailability, extreme weather). You will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative time.
7. Warranty
- FixAnyCars provides a parts and labour warranty on all parts fitted and all labour performed.
- The warranty covers defects in the parts supplied and errors in workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications made after the service, or normal wear and tear.
- To make a warranty claim, contact us at service@fixanycars.com with your booking reference. We will arrange priority collection for inspection.
- Warranty repairs will be completed at no additional charge where the claim is valid.
- This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.
8. Vehicle Collection & Delivery
- Your vehicle is covered by FixAnyCars workshop insurance from the moment of collection until delivery.
- You must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed collection location and time. Personal items of value should be removed before collection.
- FixAnyCars is not responsible for pre-existing damage not noted on the collection report. A collection report will be completed and shared with you at pickup.
- Delivery is to the same address as collection unless an alternative has been agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, FixAnyCars' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. FixAnyCars is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of use of your vehicle during service or repair. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits FixAnyCars' liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.
10. Force Majeure
FixAnyCars is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government action, public health emergencies, or widespread traffic or infrastructure disruption. Affected obligations will be performed as soon as reasonably possible once the circumstance has passed.
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights available to you.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on fixanycars.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of FixAnyCars and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
13. Governing Law & Complaints
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, you may also refer the matter to the UAE Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Department or the relevant Dubai consumer protection authority.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under UAE law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FixAnyCars regarding our services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
