Every repair completed by FixAnyCars is backed by a parts and labour warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the service type and the parts fitted. This page explains exactly what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a claim.

What Is Covered

The warranty applies to the specific repair carried out — parts fitted and labour performed by FixAnyCars.

All parts installed during the repair for the specific fault diagnosed
Labour costs to rectify the same fault within the warranty period
OEM and manufacturer-approved replacement parts supplied by FixAnyCars
Collection and return costs for warranty rectification work
Re-diagnosis if the original fault recurs

What Is Not Covered

The following are outside the scope of the warranty.

Faults unrelated to the original repair (separate service issues)
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or external impact after delivery
Wear items that require routine replacement: tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, bulbs
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification after the repair
Parts supplied by the customer rather than FixAnyCars
Faults resulting from continued driving after a new warning sign appears
Cosmetic issues not part of the original repair scope

The warranty period depends on the service type and parts fitted. Ask your advisor for the specific warranty on your repair.

Mileage Cap

None

There is no mileage restriction on the warranty. Drive normally.

Coverage Area

UAE-wide

Warranty claims are honoured regardless of which emirate you are in.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Us

Call us on +971 50 985 9109 or WhatsApp us and quote your booking reference number. Let us know the original repair date and describe what you are experiencing.

We Arrange Collection

We will collect your vehicle from your home or workplace — the same pickup-and-delivery service you used for the original repair. At no additional cost.

Diagnosis and Rectification

Our technicians will inspect the vehicle to confirm whether the issue falls within the scope of the original repair and the warranty terms. If confirmed, the work is carried out at no charge.

04

Return Delivery

Your vehicle is returned to you once the rectification is complete — again at no cost.
