Audi Service
in Dubai

Most Audi owners come to us when the dash shows an oil change or inspection reminder, when the dealer warranty or service plan has ended, or before the summer. We service the A3, A4, A5, A6 and A8, the Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8, and the S and RS models, following Audi's schedule for your car and using oil that meets the VW-group specification printed in the handbook.

When is your Audi service due?

An Audi shows two separate reminders: an oil change service and an inspection. Depending on the model and the market, the car runs either a fixed interval or a flexible LongLife interval that the engine computer works out from how the car is driven. Short trips in summer traffic count as severe use, so many owners in Dubai choose the fixed interval. We read the service history first and reset the reminder with the right interval type after the work.

Audi minor service

  • Engine oil to the VW 502 00, 504 00 or 508 00 specification your engine needs, with a new filter
  • Oil service reminder reset with the correct interval type
  • Tyres, brake pads, discs and wiper blades checked
  • Coolant, brake fluid and washer levels
  • Battery test, which matters on cars with start-stop
  • Diagnostic scan for stored fault codes

Audi major service

  • Everything in the oil service
  • Cabin (pollen) filter and engine air filter
  • Brake fluid change when due (Audi sets it by time, not distance)
  • Spark plugs at the interval for your engine
  • S tronic gearbox oil and filter where due
  • quattro rear differential or Haldex coupling oil where due

Exact items depend on your model, engine and mileage. The written quote lists each one, with the parts you choose: OEM, aftermarket or used.

What we check on a Audi

Oil use on 2.0 TFSI engines

Some earlier 2.0 TFSI engines use oil between services because of their piston rings. We note the level at each visit, so you can see whether consumption is growing.

PCV valve and oil separator

A split diaphragm causes a whistle at idle, lean fault codes and extra oil use. It is a small part, and we test it at every inspection.

Water pump and thermostat housing

The plastic housing on many TFSI engines can seep coolant. We look for dried coolant crust around it, because a slow leak is cheaper to fix early.

S tronic behaviour from a standstill

We ask how the gearbox pulls away. Judder or a delay is easier to treat with fresh oil and an adaptation than after it gets worse.

Servicing in UAE heat

Heat is hard on Audi's plastic cooling parts, the battery and the AC. In summer we pay extra attention to the coolant, the radiator and condenser fins that sand blocks, and the cabin filter, which clogs fast with fine dust and weakens the airflow from the vents. Cars parked outdoors also need their wiper blades and door seals checked more often.

Dealer warranty

If your Audi is still under the manufacturer warranty, UAE consumer protection rules mean servicing outside the dealer does not by itself void it, as long as the work follows Audi's schedule with parts and oil of the right specification and is recorded. We give you a written job record for every service. If you have a prepaid dealer service plan, it usually makes sense to use it until it ends.

How it works

  1. 1

    Book and we collect

Book online or on WhatsApp. Our driver collects your Audi from your home or office in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman.

  2. 2

    Quote before work

We check what the car is due for and send an itemised quote on WhatsApp. Nothing is done until you approve it.

  3. 3

    Serviced and returned

We carry out the service, reset the reminder, and deliver the car back with a written job record.

Audi service: questions

How often should an Audi be serviced in Dubai?

Follow the reminder on the dash, which shows separate oil and inspection services. For a car that does mostly short trips in summer traffic, the fixed interval is safer than the longest flexible one.

Which oil do you use in my Audi?

Oil that meets the VW-group specification for your engine, shown in the handbook or on a label under the bonnet. You choose the brand on the written quote, and we list the specification next to it.

Can you reset the service reminder?

Yes. We reset it with the diagnostic tool after the work, keeping the interval type the car was set to unless you ask us to change it.

Is the oil service enough, or do I need the inspection too?

They alternate. The oil service handles the oil and the safety checks; the inspection adds filters, brake fluid and plugs when due. The dash tells you which one is next.
