When is your Cadillac service due?
Cadillacs use GM's Oil Life Monitoring System, which calculates oil life from how the engine is used and asks for a change when the figure is low. The other items, such as filters, transmission fluid and the 4WD fluids, follow the schedule in the owner's manual, with shorter intervals for towing and heavy use.

What we check on a Cadillac
Rear AC on the Escalade
The Escalade runs a second AC circuit for the rear cabin with long refrigerant lines. A slow leak shows as warm air in the back first, so we test both zones.
Magnetic Ride Control dampers
The adaptive dampers on many Cadillacs can leak with age, which shows as a bouncy ride or a warning. We look for oil on the dampers.
10-speed automatic
We ask about harsh or hesitant shifts. A software update or a fluid service often helps before anything bigger is considered.
Battery and electronics
Large screens and many modules make a Cadillac sensitive to a weak battery, which heat makes worse. We test it at every visit.
Servicing in UAE heat
A large Cadillac cabin in a Dubai summer puts the AC under constant load, and the condenser in front of the radiator collects sand. We clean it, test the AC output front and rear, and check the cooling system and the battery before the hottest months. Escalades that tow also get the transmission fluid checked for heat damage.
Dealer warranty
Under UAE consumer protection rules, servicing outside the dealer does not by itself void the Cadillac manufacturer warranty, provided the schedule is followed with approved oil and fluids and the work is recorded. Our written job record lists everything that was done.

The rear AC in my Escalade blows warm air. Can you fix it?
Yes. We test the pressures and look for leaks in the rear lines and the rear evaporator, then quote for the failed part and the recharge.
How often should a Cadillac be serviced?
Change the oil when the Oil Life Monitor asks, and follow the manual for the other fluids and filters.
Do you service Magnetic Ride Control?
We inspect the dampers and read the suspension faults. If a damper is leaking, the quote shows the part options and prices.
Do you use dexos oil?
Yes, oil carrying GM's dexos approval, of the grade for your engine, listed on your quote.
