What usually causes it
Energy goes further than the dent
Modern cars are designed to crumple and pass crash forces through the structure. A modest-looking dent can mean the reinforcement beam, brackets or a rail behind it absorbed a lot.
Sensors and cameras sit in the bumper
Parking sensors, radar units and cameras are often mounted in or behind the bumper cover and are knocked out of alignment, even in a low-speed bump.
Suspension and wheel damage
Hitting a kerb or another car can bend control arms or tie-rods, which leaves the wheel alignment wrong and tyres wearing unevenly.
Cheap or quick earlier repairs
Filler used to hide a dent, or mismatched paint, hides structural damage and reduces the car's value.

We photograph the damage, strip back covers where needed, check the structure, suspension and sensors, and scan all modules. You get an itemised written quote.

Agree parts and insurance
For each item you pick OEM, aftermarket or used, and the price of each goes on the quote. If an insurer is involved, we provide the estimate they need and work with their process where they allow it.

Structural repair first
Anything that affects the body structure is measured and corrected before panels go on, so doors, bonnet and boot fit properly.

Panels, safety systems and paint
Panels are repaired or replaced, airbag and sensor faults are dealt with, and everything is painted and blended to match.

Alignment, scan and road test
The wheels are aligned, the car is scanned again to clear faults, and a road test confirms it drives straight and quietly.
In Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman
After an accident in the UAE, your insurer will typically want a police report before they authorise repair, and rules differ for minor and major collisions, so check your policy and the current procedure before you move the car if you can. Keep photographs of the scene. We can arrange pickup and delivery for a car that is not driveable.
Questions about accident repair service
Do I have to use the insurer's garage?
Your policy sets this. Some allow a repairer of your choice, some require an agency or approved garage. Check before work begins.
Will the repaired car be safe?
That is the aim of the structural check and measurement. We tell you in writing what was repaired and what was replaced.
How long will it take?
It depends on parts and damage. After the assessment we give you an expected time, and we tell you if parts delay it.
Can I keep driving a damaged car?
Not if there is steering, brake or fluid damage. If in doubt, arrange pickup and delivery rather than driving it.
Can you work from photos?
Photos give a rough idea only. Hidden damage cannot be priced without opening up the car, so the written quote follows an assessment at the workshop.
