Service Overview
Car recovery moves a car that cannot or should not be driven: one that will not start, has overheated, is stuck in gear or has been damaged in an accident. We send a flatbed to where the car is, carry it with all four wheels off the road and bring it to our workshop.
The recovery fee is agreed before the truck leaves. At the workshop we diagnose the fault and send a written quote for the repair, and nothing is repaired until you approve it. If you would rather not go ahead, we return the car or hand it over as you instruct.

We send a recovery truck to where the car is, load it without dragging the driven wheels, and bring it to our workshop for diagnosis. You get a written quote for the repair before any work starts.
- Accident Car RecoveryAfter an accident the car may still start but not be safe to drive: a bent wheel, a leaking radiator or a broken headlight at night are all reasons to leave it. Once the police report is done, we collect the car on a flatbed and take it to our workshop, where we assess the damage and send a written repair quote.

Recovery itself needs no parts. Once the car is at the workshop and diagnosed, the written quote lists OEM, aftermarket and used options where they exist for the repair, with the price of each, and you choose before work starts.

A car that stops on a highway in summer heats up quickly once the AC is off, so stay behind the barrier with water and share your live location. Tower car parks with low ceilings are common in Dubai, and they decide which truck can reach the car, so tell us the height limit if you know it.
