What if my car require parts?
If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you.
You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use aftermarket parts.
How does pick up & drop off work?
The complimentary pickup and delivery service is applicable for any service booking done on the website for 150 and above. By choosing Fixanycars, you get to skip the traffic and won’t have to wait around at garages any longer.
What if parts for my car are not available immediately?
Your car will stay safe in our garage. However, if you need your car immediately, and it’s safe to drive, we will return it whilst waiting for the spare parts to arrive.
Once they arrive, we can collect your car and take it back to our garage to complete all repair work.
When will i get my car back after repairs?
Fixanycars provides a next day delivery for all regular service bookings. If any additional work is required, then you’ll be given an estimate.
The pickup and delivery will be done at your desired timeslots, which means you can get your vehicle back before midnight on the following day.
How much does a typical car repair cost?
The cost of a car repair can vary widely depending on the type of repair and the make and model of the car.
Are the cost of parts included in the service?
Parts are not included in the service packages online. We will supply you with OEM, aftermarket, and genuine parts at trade prices, or you can provide your own parts. We give you the freedom of choosing your own parts.

The Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. You as the User are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

VEHICLE SERVICING ONLINE
All our service packages online are based on service and labor charges only and do not include any parts cost. Parts cost will be additional and will be agreed and paid in full by the customer after completion of the service but prior to the vehicle delivery.
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
Our collection and delivery service is a service where Fix any cars will collect and deliver your vehicle to you for free when you purchase any service package online. The driver will arrive at the agreed location you provide at the time of placing the booking and will carry out and onsite inspection / damage report which once checked you must sign to confirm. This report will then be sent to you via email and SMS to the information you provided upon registration on Fixanycars.com.
Please ensure you remove all your valuables and belongings before handing over your vehicle to our driver as we will take no liability on any missing items. Although our workshops can be trusted we cannot accept any liability for missing items.
VAT
All prices online and in quotations are excluding the government VAT at a rate of 5% as per the United Arab Emirates law. The vat will be applied to the final invoice .
